Transaction and record guide
89bd Payment and Withdrawal status meaning
To understand 89bd Payment and Withdrawal, first check the current Account page for method, amount field, and status. Then take separate steps for Pending, Failed, or Completed status and save the Transaction ID.

Current method
Confirm the current Payment method
Open the Payment or Withdrawal section on the Account page and use the method and field currently displayed. The method list, amount limit, or processing time may change; do not rely on old screenshots or numbers from another page. Read the format of Wallet or Account number, recipient information, and amount field according to the current screen.
Two separate tasks
Difference between Deposit and Withdrawal
| Work | Meaning | First record | Next check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deposit | The task of adding money to the Account | Method, amount, reference | Account balance/History |
| Withdrawal | Request to withdraw money from the Account | Destination, amount, request ID | Withdrawal status/History |
Do not use one Transaction ID as a record for another. Confirm whether it is Deposit or Withdrawal by checking the operation name and direction on the current page.

Account information
Match Wallet/Account number and name if available.
Amount
Carefully verify the Currency and amount field.
Confirmation
Read the operation type and visible summary before Submit.
Do not repeat the same action until the page response is received after submitting once.
Status branch
Meaning of Pending, Failed, and Completed status
The request has been recorded but the final state has not yet been displayed. Wait by checking History, time, and Transaction ID; it is not a duplicate action.
Keep a reference by matching method, amount field, Account information, and error message. Fix the reason before trying again.
The current page shows the final state. Save the amount, time, and Transaction ID to match the relevant balance or History.
Match the operation type with the status label; Deposit completed and Withdrawal completed are separate records. No specific processing time is promised here.
Evidence and record
How to use Transaction ID and History
If you see Wallet, Payment History, Withdrawal History, or a similar label on the Account page, open the record according to the operation. Note the method, amount, request time, status, and Transaction ID from each record. If you keep a screenshot, do not make Password, OTP, or full Account credentials visible.
In the case of balance update, check both current status and History. The Transaction ID helps identify the same action; it is not an option to create a new action.
